The Power Closet

The Power Closet Video Clips. Duration : 2.28 Mins.

Since we moved into a new apt with copious closet space, I decided to claim one just to serve as the tech hub. I, in no way, claim to be a whiz in video editing. This was done in Windows Movie Maker just for fun. Router: Linksys WRT600N dual band Gigabit wireless-N with Storage Link usb port. Connected Devices: -The Big Black (NAS) -Xbox 360 -VoIP Router -Samsung Series 7 LCD TV with built-in A/V media server Top Shelf: -Vonage VoIP (internet phone) router -cable modem -completely functionless, but cool looking, lightning globe -400GB external hard drive for back-up (networked via router's USB port) On the left: The Big Black (as it is named in our house) is a D-Link DNS-323 NAS gigabit enclosure with 2 x 500gb Seagate SATA drives ( 1 Terabyte ) -Fold-a-way (i got tired of hitting my head) laptop shelf for maintenance or scanner use -(green thing) Charging cradle for lithium Ryobi Power tools -10 outlet surge protector -document shredder On the right: -run of the mill Brother laser printer, networked via The Big Black's print server port -Canon scanner, with retractable usb cable for connectivity Yes...i had WAY too much time on my hands when i made this.
